The CASO TC 2400 Thermo Control is a powerful 2400W induction hob designed for precise cooking and roasting. Its innovative Thermo Control thermometer enables accurate temperature monitoring, making it suitable for sous vide cooking, keeping food warm, and preparing meat and fish using core-temperature measurement.
With the thermometer, the temperature can be adjusted from 40°C to 160°C with precision down to 1°C using FineTemp technology. The induction hob can also be used independently, offering a temperature range of 60°C to 240°C across 12 temperature levels. Smart Control, sensor-touch operation, automatic pot detection, and overheating protection provide convenient and safe cooking.
